New bug tracking system installed
|
A while ago I discovered the JIRA bug tracker and I liked it immediately. The advantages compared to Bugzilla are:
-
a much cleaner and easier to use design
-
more features
-
more secure than the perl based Bugzilla
-
runs right out of the box
-
easy to customize
Here's the link to the new Kino JIRA Issue Tracker.
LoginIf you had an account on the previous Bugzilla database, you need to enter your email address as the user name (just as in Bugzilla) and request a new password, because the old passwords were not imported.
If you did not have an account, you can create a new account here.
PermissionsAll users have read access to all entries. All registered users can create new bugs and add comments and attachments to existing bugs. Only users with "developer" permissions can edit all aspects of bugs. If you think you should have developer privileges too, send me an email.
